Benchmarking Consortiums

We provide a 'closed' (under non-disclosure) forum for a limited number of invited organisations to exchange performance data and best practices. This member-centric benchmarking approach optimises collaborative learning. Score Research's approach to consortium benchmarking dramatically increases value while reducing elapse time and total cost.

  • use our web-survey (ScoreSurveyor and ScoreCard) tools to collect and compare performance and practices
  • leverage our network to identify suitable partners
  • utilise our well-tried and proven benchmarking methodology
  • ensure high quality facilitation of exchange
  • manage costs within a fixed budget
  • reduce over-stretching 'specialist' resource effort
  • analysis and facilitation is part of the package

If your service and/or processes are difficult to pigeon-hole into a standard off-the-shelf benchmarking study then allow us to work with you to design and manage a tailored benchmarking study. Use our 'core expertise' in building such studies to optimise value and reduce cost.

Over the years we have developed a number of benchmarking consortiums to compare and improve performance.  The FASSBEX programme is an example of how such a consortium works.

A benchmarking consortium enables a number of organisations to establish a 'win/win partnership' to exchange information of specific interest in a structured way. It also allows independent facilitation of the benchmarking process, cost sharing and inexpensive 'management buy-in' to be achieved between organisations.
