A new benchmarking programme covering NHS back-office operations commences in January 2008. Several NHS Shared Services operators have committed to the programme which will cover F&A, HR, ICT, Facilities, etc. Score Research is facilitating a forum-based benchmarking group amongst NHS Shared Service organisations. We will use our well-proven web-based benchmarking tools and methodology to facilitate the group. Inaugural members, joining before 31st January 2008, will benefit from reduced subscription fees. The group will also have access to wider private sector benchmark comparison where appropriate and privacy, anonymity and confidentiality will be observed.
