- Governance of service quality - SLAs, KPIs, benchmarking, outsourcing management.
Participants will have the opportunity to benchmark their organisations’ attributes against other leading performers using the worldclass Quickscan benchmark diagnostic tool. We will consider the benchmarking pitfalls and define the essentials. Drawing on case studies we will examine all facets of performance and the balance of measures essential to building a complete picture.
You will learn how to go about benchmarking, ensuring valid comparisons are made and see real data and definitions of world class operations.
