Introduction
The FASSBEX programme is a fast-track benchmarking exchange designed to provide maximum added value. Organisations identify and explore performance gap and qualitative performance. The exchange comprises a mature and immature (less than two-years operation) stream of about 5-8 organisations per stream. Performance is ‘open-book’ within a framework of strict confidentiality – you will have the opportunity to influence the group composition.
